Asphalt Emulsion Roof Coating
Johns Manville Asphalt Emulsion Roof Coating (formerly TopGard Type B) is an asphalt-based, clay emulsion that combines with mineral fiber properties delivering both strength and excellent water resistance. When cured, this product permits water vapor to escape through the coating while remaining resistant to water penetration.
