APP Modified Bitumen roofing membranes provide superior tensile strength while maintaining critical flexibility – even in the coldest environments. Additionally, with APP roofing membranes (coated with a proprietary blend of asphalt and atactic polypropylene), contractors now have an efficient mode of application by heat welding, making hot mopping unnecessary.

Our BUR systems are ideal for the toughest, most demanding roof environments. Multi-ply, redundant systems offer outstanding longevity and include cool roof membranes and coatings that help achieve LEED® certification. The JM EPDM single ply roofing system provides superior weatherability, designed to withstand UV, heat, rain, wind and snow — including temperatures below 20°F. Our systems can be easily and cleanly installed with minimal preparation, and in a variety of methods: fully adhered, mechanically fastened or ballasted.

Our PVC formulation uses DuPont™ Elvaloy® KEE, a solid plasticizer that bonds with the PVC to provide consistent plasticizer retention. This assures the flexibility and durability of the membrane throughout the life of your roofing system. JM PVC also delivers superior long-term solar reflectance, as well as oil and chemical-resistance. Up to 20-year guarantees are available from a strong, U.S.-headquartered company.

Our extensive cover board and insulation portfolio complements any commercial roofing membrane system. Our full line of polyisocyanurate insulation boards offer a combination of facers and composites as well as tapered products, custom pre–cuts and scored flute fillers. The Fesco cover board line is LEED® certified and is now available for single ply systems. Our lightweight high density Invinsa® line has expanded to include an FR product to be used over wood decks as well as many single ply systems.
